Center will offer Multiple Locations, Conference
Room Reservations, Meetings Management, and Technical
Help Desk Center. Meeting Management is carried
out over Multipoint Conference Units (MCU), with
hundreds of ports, with HD conferencing capabilities.
White Glove Services are typically offered and handled
by a team of Attendants’, Engineers and Technicians.
Both Point to Point and Multipoint meetings are
arranged, with complete monitoring of Network availability. |

Technical Assistance Center is a 3 Tier Support
structure, with staff that has 3-5 years Video Conferencing
experience, and are CVE and CCNA certified. At level
3, the staff comes with 5-10 years experience, with
CCNP qualifications, certified on all MCU and Network
Architect capabilities. |

Provisioning is Carrier Agnostic, and currently
peered with multiple providers, for US, Europe and
India based traffic. Iformata has Multipoint presence
