  • A Call Centre with similar facilities is set-up & run by VCON Services on behalf of Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA).
  • This Disaster Management Service, by VCON Services is available to Delhi Citizens for Helpline No 1077, 365x7x24, since March 2008.
  • Citizen Helpline No. 1077 is accessible to public from landlines and moblie phones of all service providers.
