VCON Services (Pvt) Ltd, is a joint initiative between the promoters of two consulting companies Telxess Consulting Services (P) Ltd and Satcom Consultants (P) Ltd, both of whom are known for their rich and veteran experience and engagement in the communications field ranging from policy and regulations to operations.

The company was set-up as a private limited company in March 1998. It is closely held company. The company provides consultancy services for telecom projects.

Satcom Consulting is 10 year old firm and has been helping various Central & State government agencies, public and private sector companies to plan, design and implement complex communication networks, with various applications riding on the networks. Mr. Pramod G. Sarpotdar, its Promoter, has been personally involved in designing and implementing various important networks & projects across the country and has vast experience with several Service Providers.

• Operation Services to provide trained Manpower to respond & manage the 365x7x24 Emergency Operations Centres (EOC).
